Located in the eco-residential community of Villa Real, this two-level luxury residence sits on one of the most private lots in one of the most exclusive gated communities west of San José. The 1,500 m² home sits on a 2,414 m² lot with its own private driveway from the main gate straight to the house, so residents never cross the community's internal roads. A natural reserve borders the east and rear sides, and the only neighboring home sits lower in elevation with no direct line of sight in, so privacy holds even inside a development this size.

The house was placed to capture panoramic views of the community day and night. Construction used imported natural stone, fine hardwoods, and high-end finishes chosen for durability and a consistent look. The pool was designed by Joan Roca, internationally known for his luxury property work, and landscaping ties the architecture to the grounds.
